November 20, 2015 at 6 pm, locals in Fayetteville, AR kicked off the Holiday season by celebrating the The Lights of the Ozarks festival with the annual Lighting Night event. Families in the area came together to enjoy food, a parade, live performances, and pony rides. The event is hosted by the Fayetteville Parks and Recreation Department as well as the University of Arkansas Hospitality Department. The event helps to promote local businesses through sponsorship and involvement in the community. The lights will be displayed nightly through December 31, 2015.
